Can anyone identify this drill press

More pics would help. Bench top for sure, and usual checking out for bearings, run out, chuck condition, etc.

Or, it looks like one that Lowe’s is (was?) selling. That is a light duty DP, but there was a time when I would have been delighted to have even that. Note that the table will have to be moved by sheer muscle, as there is no crank with a rack and spur gear to help move it. Going down is easy, going up a pain in the neck. You have to wiggle it side to side as you simultaneously lift.

If the price is low enough the gamble is small, however, I would not operate it without a cover for the pulleys
and belts. It would be just too easy to rest your hand up there as you took a close look at something you were
drilling and hurt yourself.

I decided to pass, press drills are not a rare thing so I will have some patience – instead I went an picked up a 2HP HF dust collector.
