There should be a key (#107 in the parts diagram which is 5mm x 5mm X 30mm) as well as a set screw (#108 in the diagram, which is a M6×10) to hold it on. Check the pulley to see if the set screw is still in it. And if you can’t find the key, you can get key stock at the hardware store or BORG. When re-installing, line it up with the motor pulley.
