I recently received two Monroe Dutcher scroll saw basket design books that I had posted I was looking for. This was my first attempt to make one of these kinds of baskets.

I’d say you have mastered that pretty good for a first attempt. I remember cutting a few of those years ago.

Excellent job. Looking forward to seeing more of your projects. You’re a very skilled wood worker.
What make scroll saw do you have? I’ve considered replacing my DeWalt with a more expensive saw, but then I think my skill level isn’t better than my saw at this time.

Thanks for all the kind words.

Tillir I have a DeWalt as well, but I do think one with a tilting head instead of the table would be nicer to work on for projects like these were you need to cut them at a angle.
