Some time ago my wife asked me to restore our old cabinets. I decided to make new doors and drawers. Lower doors making from pine panels and venering its mahogany african khaya crotch veneer. This is my first experience with khaya crotch veneer and this work was quite a complicated task. I used veneer conditioning PRO-GLUE VENEER SOFTENER.Upper glass doors making from sapele in Greene and Greene style with ebony plugs. For handles I used brass fixtures.

Beautiful! I really like the detail on the doors. I won’t show this to my wife, I don’t want her to get ideas.
