Hello, first post here :)
My wife and I have started business about making wooden toys, this is one of first projects we have made. Before this project we haven’t very much contact with woodworking. This first projects were more learning process for us.
Now about this project, two semi trucks with trailers.
“European style” truck, made from oak and cherry (wheels) and some white pine.
“US hauler” was made from oak, linden, cherry and beech
Both trucks are coated with oil varnish
Thanks for watching :)
Feel free to comment,
Best regards,

Hello sir, thank you on warm welcome and kind words.
Trucks are sold around 40 euros per piece. We made only two of them, for now. :)
Finish is natural oil varnish, no sharp edges, so we think that toys are quite safe for kids. new made toys will be coated with natural oil varnish and water based gloss cote, (non toxic)
Plan is to sell toys over the Internet and from our FB page, we are still young, we have lot to learn. that is main reason why we are here on LJ.

Always love to see the directions builders go with their projects.
Nicely done.
