Was given a pile of four quarter pine that was severely knotted and scarred from it’s long life on this planet Earth. The pieces of wood were in effect retrieved from the garbage bin so it was my job to make something controversial. I give you my flamenco red boot!
Now the story———-
Picture this dance hall and you are dressed in a beautiful pair of tight fitted trousers, a white frilled shirt and black bolo tie, short waist coat, black glistening dancing shoes when across the hall you espy this beautiful woman. Hair is tightly combed with a red ribbon securing a bun. Her multi-coloured blouse and gorgeously flared skirt lead to beautiful high healed red shoes, showing her black stockings.
Your heart starts to beat as she strolls across the floor, gyrating in motion to the Spanish guitars strumming a tune that makes your blood boil. She sidles up to you and gently blows in you ear, when you hear in a low masculine voice, ‘Hey, you wanna dance’!
One can only dream!!!!

Roman, I am constantly amazed at the work you turnout and what you see living in the wood you work with. That is some tremendous talent you have there!

Absolutely STUNNING, Roman. You have truly moved into the realm of hyper-realism with this one. STUNNING.
